Family Loft Suite

Children are extended a very warm welcome here at Gildeigh Park and our family loft suite Haytor offers excellent spacious accommodation.

Styled as an apartment, it comfortably accommodates a family of four in the king sized double room and separate twin bedroom.

The spacious lounge has a television and DVD player, with toy box and board games available for younger guests.

Designed to offer families somewhere to unwind and relax together this is the perfect space to enjoy precious family time.

A cot and a baby monitor can be placed in the room or, with advance notice, a qualified, Ofsted-approved babysitter may be booked.

The Pantry, located in the main house is especially useful for families, available day and night. It offers tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge stocked with fresh milk, yogurts and fruit, perfect for peckish moments.

We have a set of interconnecting master rooms on the ground floor which are also very suitable for families.

Both rooms have French patio doors leading out to an interconnecting garden terrace, which enjoys delightful views of the valley.

The dining experience in the restaurant at Gidleigh Park is very much an adult affair and so we do request that only children over 8 years of age join us in the dining room. For younger guests staying with us we are happy to offer high tea between 5.00pm and 6.30pm from the children's menu of the day. This can be served in the public rooms, on the terrace in the summer months or as room service
